The cellar
Is the evolution of a traditional farm to a modern winery. The house where it’s placed dates from 1852 and there are documents showing that txakoli was already produced at that date. Nevertheless, it was in the sixties of the past century when it started to produce professionally and brought out to the market. Hence, this is one of the senior vineries of the Denomination of Origin of Bizkaian Txakoli.
