Doniene Gorrondona Txakolina is the evolution from the traditional farm to a modern winery where the txakoli is produced in a completely professional manner. Placed in Bakio, the vineyards surrounding it are a warranty for the good quality of our raw material.

The distillery
The distillery is made up of a group of five embossed copper stills, in which we distil on a craftsmanship manner our own selection of wineskins from hondarrabi zuri and hondarrabi beltza grapes. Currrently we are the only winery in the whole Basque Country that contains its own distillery in full production.
