Doniene Gorrondona Txakolina is the evolution from the traditional farm to a modern winery where the txakoli is produced in a completely professional manner. Placed in Bakio, the vineyards surrounding it are a warranty for the good quality of our raw material.

The staff
The team is made up of four technically skilled staff who dedicate thoroughly to the jobs required to carry on our project, such us: the viticulture –we produce almost the entire quantity of harvest that arrives to the winery-, the winery –we elaborate a mean of 70,000 litres per year-, the distillery –we distil part of the wineskin originated from the txakoli production-, enoturism –we organize visits to the winery and wine tasting sessions-, and marketing.
