This year’s harvest was finished on the 15th of October, when the Hondarrabi baltza variety was collected. The rainfalls on the second week of September did no good for the maturation process that was going excellent. Nevertheless, the south wind on the beginning of October helped to dry the vineyard, being able to collect the well matured grapes.
