Well known critics, such as writers from the wine world, have chosen to make a space to our txakolis, as it has been happening in the last years. Tthe recently published “Manual del Santo Bebedor” (Manual of the Saint Drinker) by Carlos Delgado references the white Doniene as an example of monovarietal wine from Hondarrabi Zuri.
