We have developed an enoturism programme due to the increasing number of people visiting the vinery, together with the txakolina drinkers’ tradition of tasting it in the winery of origin; consisting of a tour where the visitor can get to know our vineyards and the elaboration process, and a taste our wine and spirits. The visits are adapted to different tasting profiles and can be complemented with gastronomic tastings.
Hondarrabi beltza and hondarrabi zuri
Hondarrabi beltza and hondarrabi zuri are our identity signatures. Autochthonous varieties of black and white grapes respectively, they give extraordinary results in the distinct elaborations we carry out. Apart from giving rise to the development of new research projects, they’re an attraction for the visitor that is looking for elaborations using “unknown” grape varieties.
