The vineyards

Hondarrabi zuri and hondarrabi beltza are our main varieties. We invest our efforts in native grapes in the search of the own character into wines.


Due to the proximity to the ocean, the oceanic climatology and the orography of the area, an additional effort is required to maintain our vineyards:

Small estates

Long vegetative cycle: mild temperatures all the year, the vines sprout early and harvest is in October.

Jobs such as pruning and tying-up, canopy managemente and harvesting have to be carried out by hand.
