Hondarrabi beltza and Hondarrabi zuri are our identity signatures. Autochthonous varieties of black and white grapes respectively, they give extraordinary results in the distinct elaborations we carry out. Apart from giving rise to the development of new research projects, they’re an attraction for the visitor that is looking for elaborations using “unknown” grape varieties.
