Straw yellow. Aromas of good intensity. The influence of the sea is marked. Soft ripe citrus and subtle anise. The result of resting with lees and fermentation in barrels such as brioche, bakery and wood. Evolving aromas of honey and light notes of milk chocolate.
It is a full-bodied, complex wine with good acidity and a long finish. The citrus notes of the variety and other sweet notes such as pear and anise are perceived. Presence of wood. Unctuousness of the lees, brioche and toast.
It is an elegant, silky and complex wine that maintains the acidity and freshness of the variety, the place of cultivation and its production.
